Tortilla Pizzas

  • 4 La Banderita Burrito Grande Tortillas
  • 400g. tomato passata
  • Jalapenos
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 200g canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 80g grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 6 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • Pre heat the oven to 220C.
  • Place tortillas on to two trays.
  • Spread passata on each tortilla leave a 2-3 cm border.
  • Top each pizza with desired toppings and cook in the oven until cheese in golden and tortillas edges are crisp.
