1️⃣ Char capsicum, onion, chillies, garlic and tomatoes on the barbecue (or under the grill) until blackened and blistered, then let them sweat under plastic wrap.⁠
2️⃣ Peel, deseed and chop. Pound the garlic with cumin seeds and salt into a paste, stir through lemon juice, honey and oil, then fold in the charred veg for a chunky salsa.⁠
3️⃣ Brush your chorizo sausages with oil and grill until sizzling.⁠
